A cuisine, that of Executive Chef Simone Domenichelli, rooted in the Mediterranean tradition, predominantly based on fish: from club sandwiches to raw seafood, from the iconic spaghetto alle arselle (spaghetti with clams) made with fresh pasta to perfectly whipped risotto.

Each of L'Olivo's proposals - which include vegetarian, vegan, gluten free and dishes that cater to every need or dietary choice - shares the same peculiarity: a meticulous and continuous selection in the search for products and raw materials.
