We are looking for a Receptionist for a full-time role, with day and night shifts should the need arise. The working week is 40 hours, spread over 5 days with 2 days off. As front office agent, your responsibilities will include welcoming guests, managing reservations and ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process. You will also handle guest requests and provide information about our facilities and services. Your friendly attitude and attention to detail will help create a welcoming and memorable experience for our guests. As we do not provide accommodation, candidates living locally are preferred.
Requirements:
- Knowledge of English is essential; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
- Previous experience as a receptionist in a luxury hotel
- Experience with Opera Cloud PMS or similar hotel management systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- A customer-focused attitude with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays.
